Steve brings 35+ years of experience spanning the full arc of professional audio and media: recording engineer trained in the craft, studio work with legendary artists at Ann and Nancy Wilson's Seattle studio, Music Director and touring keyboardist for #1 CCM artist Lincoln Brewster, worship pastor, and now consultant. Having personally tech-advanced over 500 concert venues and produced more than 50 albums, Steve's expertise is as deep as it is broad.

His journey — through the heights of national touring, through personal struggle and redemption, and into the heart of local church ministry — gives him a perspective few consultants can match. He doesn't just know the gear. He knows what it means for the message to land.
